  2.                     = Release notes: EchoSprint 1.01/demo =

  5.           o  This version of EchoSprint 1.01 is classified as an evaluation
  6.              version.  What it includes is the User's Guide (which is
  7.              applicable to both versions) and a restricted executable file.
  8.              The evaluation version will allow you to fully install and
  9.              configure EchoSprint, but not make use of the two mailer
  10.              functions: Poll and Answer.
  11.  
  12.              The configuration editor, manual reader, template verifier,
  13.              and nodelist compiler are all working as they do in the
  14.              licenced version.
  15.  
  16.              You may freely distribute this archive so long as you do not
  17.              modify this archive .. do not even put it into your favourite
  18.              archival format.  This allows others some sense of security
  19.              when obtaining the package.

  21.           o  Please, during your evaluation, note down any bugs you see,
  22.              and mail them to us at any of the addresses provided in
  23.              Appendix D of the User's Guide.  Your input is most
  24.              appreciated.

  26.           o  Included in the archive is a form named ORDER.FRM for sending
  27.              in your licencing fee to obtain the fully working version of
  28.              EchoSprint.  At this time (August 1992), please retain any
  29.              fees for licencing your installation of EchoSprint.

  31.              Once the decision is made to begin releasing licenced versions
  32.              of EchoSprint, public announcements will be made to notify
  33.              you.  Beta testing is currently being carried out.  We wish to
  34.              make EchoSprint a solid commercial package and we don't wish
  35.              to cut corners on beta testing it.
